Mark C. Kraus
was named Vice President & General Manager of the Introducer division in December 2005. During his tenure with Enpath Medical, Mr. Kraus has held various positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer & President of the Delivery Systems Division. From February 2002 to the date of Medamicus’ acquisition of Biomec Cardiovascular, Mr. Kraus held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Medamicus. Mr. Kraus has been with Medamicus/Enpath Medical since February 1992. He was elected Vice President of Operations in January 1998, was named Vice President and General Manager of the percutaneous delivery solutions division in January 1999. Prior to that he served as Director of Manufacturing from July 1996; Manufacturing Manager of the gynecology division from January 1995; Manufacturing Manager of the percutaneous delivery solutions division from November 1992; and Sales Engineer from February 1992. Mr. Kraus also held Manufacturing Engineering positions with GV Medical, Inc. from 1990 to 1992, and Honeywell, Inc. from 1987 to 1990.
Vice President & General Manager Stimulation Leads & Advanced Delivery Systems
F. Anthony Headley, Jr., P.E.
joined the company in April 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of the Stimulation Leads and Advanced Delivery Systems division. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Headley served as Director of Research & Development in the Endoscopy Division of Boston Scientific since 2001. Mr. Headley has over 17 years of medical device and industry experience in research & development, engineering & operations management. He has held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility with Boston Scientific, Symbiosis Corporation, Parvacure Medical, and Auxis Inc. Mr. Headley earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Additionally, he has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1996.
Corporate Controller and Corporate Secretary
Michael D. Erdmann
was named Corporate Controller and Corporate Secretary for the organization in October 2003. He had previously been the Controller since January 1996. He spent the first three years of his career as a Cost Accountant with Empi, Inc. In 1987 he left Empi to become Vice President of Operations for HiTech Companies, located in Dallas, TX. He joined AudioScience, Inc. in 1990 and served as Controller for five years. During 1995 he served as Vice President of Operations for IPC Corporation prior to joining MedAmicus, Inc. Mr. Erdmann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Steven D. Mogensen
joined the company in February, 2006. Mr. Mogensen has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Previously Mr. Mogensen was President and Co-founder of a privately held diagnostic imaging company. Mr. Mogensen also served as Vice President of Sales for one of MedSource Technologies divisions as well as managing the marketing functions for MedSource. Mr. Mogensen also held a variety of sales and marketing positions in his 12 year tenure with Smiths Medical.
Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance
Mike Winegar has over 20 years of medical device regulatory, quality, and clinical research experience. Prior to joining Enpath, Mike has held key management roles in various large and small medical device firms, including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Myocor, and ev3.
